When does my membership renew?
Your membership to The Confident Clinician will renew automatically on the date set in the terms of your membership when you purchased it. Your membership may be billed annually or biannually depending on your original subscription.
Here is how you can determine when your membership will renew:
- Click on the "View/Update My Billing Information" button available in the "My Account Section' located in the top right menu of the Member Dashboard.
- Follow the prompts to get access to your account.
- OR
- Search your email for invoices from The Confident Clinician. We use Thrivecart as our payment processor. You can search for this heading in your email as well.
Your membership will renew automatically on the anniversary of your membership (or biannual anniversary). You do not need to contact support to continue your membership.
Members will receive a reminder email 7 days before their membership is to be billed.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so in your customer hub with at least 1 business day before your renewal.
Please be mindful to cancel your membership before the renewal date as our fees are non-refundable as set in our terms and conditions. If you wish to cancel for the following billing cycle after a charge has been processed please email us and we will add you to the future cancellation list. Your renewal date can be accessed through your member profile on the dashboard. Members are also notified 7 days prior to their renewal date.
