Can I get a refund for my membership?

Your TCC membership is non-refundable.

The TCC is a database that gives you 100% access to our past content the moment you join. You also gain access to the resources planned for the term of your membership. You are welcome to cancel your membership for your upcoming auto-renewal but we do not offer refunds for any reason.

If you wish to cancel before the upcoming renewal date, please be mindful and email us at hello@theconfidentclinicianclub.com to cancel your membership before the renewal date as our fees are non-refundable as set in our terms and conditions. If you wish to cancel for the following billing cycle after a charge has been processed please email us and we will add you to the future cancellation list. Your renewal date can be accessed through your billing information under "My Account" on the member dashboard. Members are also notified 7 days prior to their renewal date via email.
