I got an email about an expired credit card. What do I do?

Members with expiring credit cards are notified to update their own information through our payment portal. Members who do not update their credit cards after a second request will have their membership cancelled and will will be required to sign up at the currently posted public rate if they would like to continue their membership.

We offer members multiple communications and attempts at managing their credit card information. If you receive a communication from us about your account, please reply in a timely way to avoid an interruption in your membership.
