Accessing a Purchased Course

Once you purchase one of our courses, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of purchase. It will include all of the details and information to access the course. If you are already logged into the dashboard, you may need to refresh the page to prompt the course icon to appear in colour rather than greyed out.

Troubleshooting Access:

  • Wait for the confirmation email to hit your inbox. It takes some time for our systems to speak to one another and ensure the access is verified and granted.
  • Confirm you checked out for the course using the same email that is linked to your Confident Clinician membership
  • refresh your browser to prompt any updates that may have happened if you were already logged in upon purchase.
