Clinic Account Options

We love that you’re thinking about your entire team having the resource. We do need each clinician to sign up for their own account so they can receive their CE certificates and to track their usage. But here’s what we’ve recommended to other clinic owners who were hoping for a team-approach for their clinic.


  • Some clinic owners reimburse their team for their membership either right away, or 1/2 right away and the other half later in the year when they see the impact of having great clinicians! It also prevents resentment if they leave your office half way through the year!
  • Some clinic owners have the recurring payment on the clinic credit card, but we discourage that since they may move on from your clinic.
  • Some clinic owners share the cost with their associates by reimbursing them for part of the membership. Again, we encourage the individual to sign up on their own and then for you to work out an arrangement with them that doesn’t leave you paying for mentorship’s for people that don’t work for you!

We don’t have team pricing for clinics at this time. A membership model is essentially a team price for everyone in the program (all 700 of them!) It allows us to provide an enormous amount of material and CE for the price point.
