I don't have access to the AI

When we decided to upgrade over 700 member accounts, we knew it was going to be a bit clunky. Our members renew throughout the year and there wasn’t a “good time” to make a change. We opted to release the full AI upgrade option to cohorts based on renewal dates and we started in July 2024.

If you have not received an email invitation to upgrade your annual membership, don't worry it's coming. As your member renewal date is approaching, you will get the opportunity to upgrade your TCC membership to include AI.
