How do I cancel my membership?

Managing Your Membership

Members can manage their subscription and cancel their membership through the Customer Hub in the My Account section of the Confident Clinician dashboard menu.


Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations must be completed at least one day before your next scheduled payment date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.


Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will retain access to the Confident Clinician platform until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your access will be revoked—except for any courses purchased separately from your premium membership.


Rejoining After Cancellation

If you cancel, you will lose your current membership rate. If you decide to return in the future, you must rejoin at the publicly posted rate at that time.


Refund Policy

All processed payments are final and non-refundable.
